I’m Chuck Banks, and I’m a trial lawyer. Thank you for visiting my website. I’ve been practicing law and helping my clients since 1973. Feel free to visit the About Us page to learn more about me. I tried my first case six months out of law school, and have had somewhere in the neighborhood of 185-200 jury trials. I have represented everyday people of all walks of life throughout my career. I have never been a transactional lawyer – I have always been a trial lawyer. Service to people faced with the uncertainties, anxieties, and expense of going to the courtroom – trial practice – is my focus.
The foundation of my law practice has been my personal sense of integrity and fulfilling a client’s trust. I was raised in a home where your word was your bond and that’s been an integral part of my life and my law practice.
I established the Banks Law Firm, PLLC because I respect the law and I am dedicated to helping my clients. I’ve put together a good team at my firm – smart, caring people who share the same goal – helping people who have been wronged or hurt.
